Equilibrium

Ich weiß, der Trailer zu Gamer ist nun auch schon ein paar Tage alt, aber immerhin ist er jetzt auch in HD verfügbar (480p/720p/1080p), das einizg angemessene Format. Dass Neveldine und Taylor hinter der Kamera stehen, sieht man sofort, denn die ganze Chose erinnert stark an Crank: High Voltage. Die Grundidee – irgendwo zwischen The Running Man und The Condemned – ist ziemlich interessant, wobei natürlich abzuwarten bleibt, inwiefern der Film sein Sujet des Next-Gen-Games auch reflektiert. Nach ordentlicher Actionkost sieht das Ganze aber allemal aus. Deutscher Kinostart ist am 03.09.
